ID Grinder Workhead Assemblies

GCH remanufactures workhead assemblies for all Heald and Bryant ID grinding machines. Workhead assemblies, backed with a new warranty, are offered on exchange to eliminate costly downtime. All ID grinder workhead assemblies are remanufactured to new OEM specifications: 

• Complete precision grinding, chroming and finish grinding of bearing journals, face and pulley to restore all original new specifications.
• All precision bearings, seals, gaskets, etc., are replaced with new parts.
• After the assembly is complete, each workhead is tested on specially designed test stands to simulate operation on the customer’s grinding machine.

GCH also offers complete new ID grinder workhead assemblies manufactured with precision ball bearings, precision-tapered roller bearings or hydrostatic bearing design for special applications or new machines.
