ID Grinding Wheelhead Assemblies (Spindles)

GCH stocks over 4,000 grinding spindle assemblies for ID grinders manufactured by Heald, Bryant, Gamfior, Okamoto and GMN.  All spindle assemblies are remanufactured to better-than-new specifications, and carry a new warranty.

Before any remanufacturing work begins, each spindle undergoes evaluation and inspection.  The customer is then provided with a detailed quotation and a failure analysis report.  All finished spindles are shipped with both a test report and balance analysis report.  To eliminate costly downtime, GCH offers customers an exchange program for ID grinding wheelhead assemblies.

GCH carries ID spindles from well-known brands such Heald, Bryant, Gamfior, GMN, Fischer, Setco, Pope, Excello, Parker and Okuma. 

For special applications, GCH offers complete new spindle assemblies including belt-driven, high-frequency and motorized spindles.  GCH also offers deep-hole spindles able to handle up to 140” of grinding length.
