GCH specializes in remanufacturing all X- and Z-axis hydrostatic slide assemblies for Bryant and Heald grinding machines. Hydrostatic slide assemblies, offered on exchange to eliminate costly downtime, are backed with a new warranty.
All Heald and Bryant ID grinder hydrostatic slides are remanufactured to new specifications.
- Internal slide bars are remanufactured back to OEM specifications.
- All wearable parts, including restrictors, precision ball screw assemblies, bellows and new support bearings, are replaced with new parts.
- The spindle is precision-ground, chromed and finish-ground to original specifications.
- The completed hydrostatic slide is tested on specially designed test stands to verify lift and stiffness, before shipping.
