GCH offers complete remanufacturing of all motorized and belt-driven spindle assemblies for a variety of surface grinders manufactured by Blanchard, Okamoto, Brown & Sharpe, Reid, Mattison, Chevalier, Parker Majestic, Harig, Thompson and others. To eliminate costly downtime, we offer an exclusive Remanufacturing Exchange Program.
All spindle assemblies are remanufactured to new OEM specifications and carry a new warranty.
- All wearable parts are replaced with new parts.
- The spindle is precision ground, chromed and finish ground to original specifications.
- The final assembly is tested and balanced on specially designed test stands to simulate operation on the customer's grinder.
For special applications, GCH offers new motorized surface grinding spindles, ranging from 1HP to 100HP. New spindles, which come with a two-year warranty, are offered in a variety of lengths and mounting designs.
