OD Grinding Wheelhead Assembly (Spindle)

GCH can remanufacture your OD grinding wheelhead as well as service all bearings, whether roller, hydrostatic, filmatic or plain.  When remanufacturing grinding wheelhead assemblies, GCH follows standards that meet or surpass OEM specifications:

• All perishable parts are replaced with new parts.
• Old ceramic is removed from spindle bearing journals and replaced with either new ceramic or chrome, depending on the application.
• Lubrication systems are rebuilt, if applicable.
• To ensure quality and reliability, the completed grinding wheelhead assembly is run-off on specially designed test stands for eight hours before shipping.
