ID Grinder Feedbox Assemblies

GCH offers complete remanufactured AC and DC automatic, plain, automatic picker and impulse-style Heald feedbox assemblies for these ID grinders:

All ID grinder feedbox assemblies, backed with a two-year new warranty, are manufactured with all new parts and then calibrated on specially designed test stands to simulate operation on the customer's machine. To cut costly downtime, an exchange program is available.

Research conducted by GCH engineers has led to development of a new, technologically superior GCH servo upgrade system for ID grinder feedboxes. This new system enables closer tolerances, greater coarse feed and easier positioning of dressing, and facilitates plunge grinding. Fine feeds are programmable to .000050". For quick installation, the servo upgrade system easily bolts to an existing Heald ID grinding machine.
