Centerless Grinding Wheel Dressers
GCH provides grinding wheel dresser assemblies on exchange for all brands of centerless grinders, including Cincinnati Milacron, Landis, Lidkoping, Bryant, Gold Crown and Koyo. GCH dressers include cast iron wear plates or Turcite® pads to bring the diamond centerline back to the OEM centerline height, with ways that are precision hand-scraped and flaked to better-than-new tolerances (five times better than OEM specifications).
In fact, we hand scrape all critical components to ensure the highest level of accuracy and precision.
Our centerless grinding wheel dresser assemblies also feature all new internal parts, including the diamond bar, gibs and bellow cover. We regrind the cam mounting surface flat and replace the acme screw with a ball screw for greater accuracy.

All of our dressers are tested for no less than eight hours on test stands built to replicate the real-life conditions the assemblies will operate in. As a final sign of our commitment to quality, we attach a job tag to every centerless grinding wheel dresser assembly, which provides a fingerprint to the quality test results for that unit.
