Dan Geddes
President and CEO

Dan has served as president and CEO of GCH Tool Group for nearly 10 years. Recognized worldwide as one of the top experts in centerless grinding, Dan began his career over 30 years ago as a global service technician for a well-respected global grinder manufacturer.  He went on to hold various positions of increasing responsibility and was eventually named vice president of the company’s USA group. Dan brings an unparalleled depth of experience to GCH Tool that can only be gained by rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands into the process solution. Having installed grinders (1,500+) on nearly every continent, Dan is rarely stumped by even the most challenging grinder application.

Joseph Giacalone
Vice President

Joseph has been with GCH for nearly 30 years and has touched every facet of our business. Joseph's current responsibilities revolve around the operational efficiency of quality control, manufacturing, purchasing, expediting and finance. Joseph’s management style epitomizes the GCH "hands on, whatever it takes" approach to customer service. It is not uncommon to see him out on the runoff floor side by side with our customers, running machines, gauging parts and lending his experience to every application.

Anthony Giacalone
Sales Manager

With more than 20 years with GCH Tool, there’s hardly a customer question that Anthony can’t answer on the first try. Anthony’s expertise includes centerless, ID, OD, double disc and surface grinders. He has a nationwide network setup to locate the toughest-to-find repair parts. From spindles to servo motors, there probably is not a more knowledgeable guy in the industry.

Jeff Carter
Senior Sales Engineer

With 33 years of experience selling for GCH, Jeff's in-depth knowledge of grinders and their operation makes him a valuable resource for manufacturers worldwide. It seems that no two Cincinnati grinders were built the same, and Jeff has seen all of the various iterations. There is not a centerless problem that Jeff cannot help solve. Customers know to reach out to Jeff when their centerless, ID, OD, double disc and surface grinders are ailing or when a spindle has gone bad.  Let Jeff offer suggestions if you are looking for ways to improve tolerance or remove ‘human error” from the grinding equation.

Caitlynn Russell
Sales Coordinator

Caity joined GCH Tool Group three years ago. After stints in administration, service and sales, Caity has returned to her preferred role as sales coordinator. Fortunately for GCH, she excels in whatever task she takes on. When not tracking down customer orders, advocating for our worldwide clientele or working with our sales staff, the ever-ambitious Caity also assists our purchasing department.

Ellen Kominars-Freitag
Marketing Director

Ellen joined GCH Tool in 2013 as director of marketing. She is responsible for digital marketing, media relations, website development, event planning, advertising, communications and graphic design.  Formerly a long-time resident of Mexico City, Ellen speaks Spanish fluently, and often assists with the many GCH customers located in Latin America. Ellen has worked in industrial marketing for nearly 25 years. She’s now added grinding components and grinders to the list of products she’s marketed, which includes induction furnaces, hand tools, magnetic separators and diesel-truck axles.
