GCH-VCM-100 INDUSTRIAL OIL VACUUM CLEANER FOR OIL AND SWARF (MEDIUM-DUTY)

The medium-duty GCH-VCM-100 industrial oil vacuum cleaner easily removes oil, metal chips and swarf from coolants and other liquids. Ideal for grinder applications as well as other machine tools, this powerful oil industrial vacuum cleaner handles even the toughest, messiest industrial applications.  The vacuum is powered by three single-phase motors working in parallel to provide the speed and strength you need to keep your metalworking fluids clean.

Overview of operation:

• Vacuumed material enters unit, is swept up by a cyclone and falls into container
• Filter catches oily residue, metal chips and swarf
• Remaining liquid is drawn into the 26-gallon container
• Safety float stops vacuum when container is full
• External level indicator shows liquid level in container

GCH-VCR SERIES INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANERS FOR OIL AND SWARF (MEDIUM-DUTY)

GCH-VCR-280MP includes 10’ of “PUR” reinforced flexible hose, two (2) antistatic rubber hose couplings, flat pipe suction fitting, metal connection M/M and rubber nozzle.
