This program decreases downtime without increasing your on hand grinder parts inventory. After the remanufactured grinder slide assembly is installed, just send your worn out grinder slide unit back to GCH Tool Group in the same crate you received your new slide unit in.

Centerless Grinder Slides - Lower & Upper: Remanufactured back to original manufacturers specifications. In-stock sold on exchange, saves your company two weeks or more costly down time.

From Remanufacture as follow: Determine the amount of wear on slides. Based on the original center heights. Scored or worn slides can be milled out to accept cast iron plated. All slides are precision hand scraped back to new machine alignments. New gibs, lower and upper, are also hand fitted. All new lubrication lines, blocks and wipers. Slides are then reassembled as a complete assembly and are now ready for your machine.
