The Servo Regulating Wheel Drive Transmission eliminated costly downtime, inherently found in old mechanical gear transmissions. The new servo transmission designed by GCH eliminated 98% of all moving parts including gears. The benefits are a better part roundness, low vibration, decreased noise resulting in improved part finish, and reduce dressing. Wearing gears, worms, or bearings do not hinder Transglide users. The results are virtually no downtime associated with costly and timely repairs on old mechanical units. The unique U.S. Patented Transglide design provides infinitely variable speeds from 0-300 RPM. GCH can also provide two speeds for rough and finish grinding. Designed to fit into the regulating wheel housing as a clean neat package, Transglide is a self-contained unit which can be adapted to your machine by your own personnel in one shift. Two-Way Stepping Compensation Unit
 Eliminate your hydraulic mechanical Cincinnati one-direction compensation unit with a new GCH two-direction Stepping Motor Compensation Unit. The GCH Two-Way Compensation unit for thru-feed grinding applications was designed by GCH to eliminate mechanical backlash. Movement can be gauged to (+/-) .000010". Designed as a standard off-the-shelf unit this self contained system was created to integrate with your existing controls. This system will adapt to most modern gauge for automatic size compensation.

Servo Infeed System
 GCH Tool Group has designed a way to eliminate your old Cincinnati mechanical hydraulic infeed. Our standard design of off-the-shelf brackets allows us to directly couple the Servo system to the ball screw. This system eliminated backlash as found in gear-reduced Servo systems. A complete electronics package can be provided for easy integration to your existing system. The GCH Servo unit can rapid in at 450 IPM and fine feed as low as .000050" IPM. Repeatability of (+/-) .000025" is guaranteed. Closer tolerances can be provided if required.
