Because time is money, GCH Tool Group stocks a huge inventory of remanufactured components. With over 350 standard "off-the-shelf" assemblies, we can ship what you need the same day. "No waiting" for critical machine components keeps your lost production to a minimum.
Remanufacturing a component is more than a clean/cycle/paint job at GCH. Each component goes through a careful evaluation process where every part is inspected. All worn parts are replaced upon reassembly. Our experienced staff has an in-depth knowledge in all phases of renewal and pays close attention to detail. Old world craftsmen combine hand scraping and other "lost" skills with the latest computer controlled equipment to achieve levels of accuracy that are "better than new."
In addition to our enormous inventory, GCH has developed a component exchange program that allows customers to decrease downtime without increasing their on-hand parts inventory. This benefit eliminates the need to use working capital for spare assemblies and gives you an added discount on our normal low outright purchase price.
Service

GCH's staff of highly qualified service engineers are factory trained in the service and repair functions for today's and yesterday's centerless and center type grinding machines, turning centers, vertical milling centers, horizontal milling centers, controls and cell applications.
Training
GCH also offers a wide range of in-depth training classes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the people in your facility. Our instructors have over 80 years of combined operating and training experience in the industry to provide you with the highest-level knowledge and practical skills. We provide training classes on centerless grinders for operator, setup, or engineering personnel.
